By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product from COSMO SOUNDS, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Digital Product Delivery

  1. License to Use the Product

When you purchase a product from COSMO SOUNDS, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the original copyright, master files, brand assets, artwork, or intellectual property.

  1. Royalty-Free Usage

“Royalty-free” means that after purchasing the product, you may use it in your own final creative work without paying additional royalties to COSMO SOUNDS or COSMO MUSIC ACADEMY.

However, royalty-free does not mean copyright-free. The original product, audio files, loops, samples, beats, artwork, branding, packaging, previews, demos, and related materials remain the property of COSMO SOUNDS, COSMO MUSIC ACADEMY, or their respective rights holders.

  1. Beats & Instrumentals

COSMO SOUNDS may sell both non-exclusive and exclusive beats or instrumentals.

The license type will depend on the product description, checkout details, invoice, or written agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Unless clearly stated as exclusive, all beats are sold as non-exclusive licenses. This means the same beat may be sold or licensed to multiple customers.

You may use the beat in your own final song or creative project according to the license terms provided. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the beat as a standalone beat, instrumental, or music file.

Exclusive beat licenses must be clearly agreed in writing and may include separate pricing, rights, limitations, and usage terms.

  1. Sample Packs, Loops & Music Packs

Our sample packs, loops, tabla loops, percussion loops, and music packs are intended to be used as part of your own creative production.

You may use them in final songs, beats, background scores, videos, advertisements, and other commercial or non-commercial creative content.

However, the original individual files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared, or offered as standalone sounds.

You must add your own creative contribution when using the sounds in released work.

  1. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed successfully before any digital product is delivered.

By making a purchase, the buyer confirms that:

COSMO SOUNDS and COSMO MUSIC ACADEMY are not responsible for purchases made using stolen cards, scam cards, unauthorized payment methods, fraudulent accounts, or chargeback-related misuse.

If a buyer uses a fraudulent, stolen, disputed, or unauthorized payment method, the product license may be cancelled immediately without refund. We also reserve the right to block the buyer from future purchases and report the transaction to the relevant payment provider, platform, bank, or legal authority.

  1. Fraud, Chargebacks & Unauthorized Transactions

Due to the nature of digital products, once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the buyer, the sale is considered final.

If a customer files a false dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim after receiving access to the product, COSMO SOUNDS reserves the right to:

  1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All products, audio files, designs, product names, logos, artwork, packaging, previews, demos, website content, and promotional materials are owned by COSMO SOUNDS, COSMO MUSIC ACADEMY, or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of copyright, master rights, brand rights, artwork rights, or intellectual property to the buyer.

The buyer receives only a limited license to use the purchased product according to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Unauthorized Sharing & Piracy

Unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, selling, leaking, or distributing our digital products is strictly prohibited.

If we find our products being shared illegally, we reserve the right to:

You are not allowed to register our loops, samples, beats, or digital audio files with Content ID, YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, TikTok copyright systems, or any similar rights management system in a way that may create copyright claims against other licensed users.

If your final song includes our product, you may register your final song only if your work includes substantial original creative contribution and does not claim exclusive ownership over our original files.

You may not claim exclusive rights over any original loop, sample, beat, sound, or file provided by COSMO SOUNDS unless a separate written exclusive agreement clearly allows it.

  1. Product Previews & Demo Audio

Any preview audio, demo track, video, image, or promotional material is provided only for demonstration purposes.

The final downloaded product may vary slightly depending on file format, version, arrangement, or product update.

Demo tracks are not included unless clearly mentioned on the product page.

  1. Account & Purchase Information

You agree to provide accurate information during checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your download links, account login, email access, and purchase details safe.

We are not responsible if you lose access to your email, customer account, third-party checkout account, or download link due to buyer-side issues.
